In the unlikely event that a printer problem is encountered, which cannot readily be resolved by the operator, the module identified as requiring additional attention can be removed and replaced by the operator in a matter of minutes. This philosophy of design for "Replacement and not Repair" ensures that the printer is operational in the shortest period of time.
If the module requiring further attention can then be repaired with the minimum impact to the production cycle.

Coding can take place on a large variety of substrates such as porous and non-porous surfaces at a variable print height in between 3 and 67 mm. The systems marks all sorts of products with logos, bar codes, best before dates, heat and consignment numbers, programmable counters, consecutive numerations and production data (time, date, shift). The marking can take place from above, upside down and sidewise. |
